I started building houses in 1975 and over the years have built, renovated and remodeled several hundred homes in the Danville area.  My new partner, daughter Emily, represents the fourth generation of our family to develop, build and broker properties in our community. 

Thirty-four years of continuous, hands-on construction experience has taught me much about the art, science and business of residential construction.  I know being a small volume builder requires proficiency in all aspects of the building process and a total commitment to justify the trust clients place in our ability to maximize the benefits of the investment they commit to their homes. Using computer assisted design software I generate all our own design work, often with clients beside me at the monitor, allowing a high level of customization for each project.  We create individualized spreadsheets for accurate estimating, budgeting and job costing.  Having dealt many times with construction financing, I’m well versed in lender requirements and procedures.  We maintain long established relationships with skilled local tradesmen, subcontractors and suppliers.
